Common questions

Why does coffee count less than water?
Caffeine is a mild diuretic — it slightly increases fluid loss. Coffee still counts toward your daily total, just at around 80% of its volume. LumaSip applies these factors automatically for each drink type.
Does LumaSip store my data in the cloud?
No. Everything stays on your device — there's no account, no server, and no cloud sync. See the privacy policy if you want the full picture.
How do I connect Apple Health?
Settings → HealthKit → Enable sync. You can also manage permissions anytime from the Health app on your iPhone.
The widget isn't updating — what do I do?
Long-press the widget and tap "Edit Widget" to nudge it. If that doesn't work, remove it and re-add it. iOS schedules widget refreshes on its own timeline — delays of 10–15 minutes are normal.
How do I restore my premium purchase on a new device?
LumaSip Premium is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchase." For refunds, contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
